Middletown-Odessa-Townsend (MOT) Charter School Expansion
Location: Middletown, Delaware
Description: The original building was constructed in 2002 and consisted of 32 classrooms, multipurpose room and support spaces. Over the years, with increasing enrollment and expanded cafeteria operations to support the increased student population, the lack of a dedicated gymnasium space was obstructing the schools progressive curriculum. The need to construct a new gymnasium addition was essential.
The expansion underway is a new 600 student gymnasium, including library, classroom and support areas. Led by the Architectural firm of RG Architects in Odessa, DE, Fayda Engineering & Energy Solutions was commissioned as the Engineer of Record for this exciting project. We are providing full service engineering, design, bidding and construction administration services.
