Edward Fayda, P.E., C.E.M, LEED AP
Edward Fayda, President and founder is an Electrical Engineer by Degree and is a Registered Professional Engineer in several states including Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and is a Certified Energy Manager by the Association of Energy Engineers.
His electrical career began as an Electrician’s Mate in the US Navy in 1975, where he served onboard the USS Moinester as an Electrician’s Mate 2nd Class. After receiving his Honorable Discharge, he furthered his craft as an Electrician for a major Corrugated Cardboard Manufacturing Facility in the Philadelphia area and later owned and operated a successful electrical contracting business. To advance his knowledge of electrical systems, he went on to study at Villanova University where he received his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree in 1987.
Entering the Consulting Engineering field was his passion and beginning as a staff engineer at a Consulting Engineering firm in Valley Forge, PA he began his Engineering career at Gillan & Hartmann, Inc. Thereafter, he went on to manage the electrical engineering department of Mahaffy & Associates, Inc, a full service consulting engineering firm in Wilmington, Delaware. During his tenure there, he successfully gained insight into all facets of the profession achieving the role of President and Managing Partner. He has received awards for several projects and designs, including those by the Illuminating Engineering Society and the American Consulting Engineers Council (now referred to as American Council of Engineering Companies).
Mr. Fayda has completed numerous full service construction projects in the public and private sectors. Having led and managed over 250 public works projects totaling over $500MM for the State of Delaware, he is well versed in planning, design, engineering and construction administration.
He is a member of the Institute of Electrical & Electronic Engineers (IEEE), the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) is an Associate member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Matthew J. Galinskie
Matt has been with the firm since our inception in October 2009. Prior to this, Matt worked closely with Ed since 2006 at another Consulting Engineering firm. Matt’s duties are diverse and his abilities are extensive. Matt leads the CAD Department as Manager and ensures that all drawings are accurate, concise and complete. In the Energy Department, he serves as an Energy Auditor and Field Inspector and is accredited by the Association of Energy Engineers as a Certified Energy Auditor. Matt obtained his Associates in Engineering Drafting and Design from Delaware Technical and Community College in 2007. As the go-to inside guy for our team; he is always helpful and responsive in handling issues that need immediate attention.
